Holiday Coaching is a structured, short-duration tennis development programme designed for children aged 4–10. The programme provides consistent, high-quality coaching sessions that combine tennis fundamentals with age-appropriate physical conditioning. Through guided movement work, coordination drills, and introductory technical training, children improve their fitness, motor skills, and overall athletic development in a safe and engaging environment. Beyond sport-specific learning, the programme also supports discipline, confidence, and healthy lifestyle habits, offering parents a productive and enriching way for their children to stay active during the holidays.
