Jan-Richfield is the pioneering General Manager of Aurum Tennis Academy, bringing over 20 years of tennis knowledge and on-court experience into his leadership role where he’s been instrumental in shaping the academy’s vision and operations since 2023. A top-performing graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Jan blends academic excellence with the discipline of sport to shape the academy's strategic vision. He's a certified ITF Level 1 coach and a former #1 seed in U-17 circuits in Ibadan, Nigeria. His approach to tennis development is analytical, athlete-focused, and grounded in years of competitive Tennis knowledge.

Jan’s role extends beyond the court as he actively contributes to building Aurum’s reputation, driving collaborations with partners, and championing the academy’s mission to nurture world-class athletes. With a calm but focused leadership style, he balances structure and vision, setting the tone for a high-performance environment where both players and staff can thrive.
