Jan-Richfield is the pioneering General Manager of Aurum Tennis Academy, bringing over 20 years of tennis knowledge and on-court experience into his leadership role where he’s been instrumental in shaping the academy’s vision and operations since 2023. A top-performing graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan, Jan blends academic excellence with the discipline of sport to shape the academy's strategic vision. He's a certified ITF Level 1 coach and a former #1 seed in U-17 circuits in Ibadan, Nigeria. His approach to tennis development is analytical, athlete-focused, and grounded in years of competitive Tennis knowledge.
